GD-570 Moly Paste is a general purpose
antiseize paste based on molybdenum disulfide. It has many uses: splines
of final drives of motorcycles, parts assembly and make up, threaded
fasteners, press fittings, tapping, boundary lubricant, to burnish in
new bushings of heavy loaded slow moving bearings, fire arms.

GD-570 Moly Paste
provides uniform and durable boundary lubrication under extreme pressure, in wet
or corrosive environments, and over a wide temperature range. Its coefficient
of friction nearly approaches that of pure moly.
- Typical Observations

GD-570 Moly Paste
is a proprietary formula of molybdenum compounds plus other additives
in a lithium base gel. It is a NLGI Grade No. 2 and has 73% pure
molybdenum disulfide. The temperature range of use is 0°F - 750°F.
GD-570 protects steel parts against rust and corrosion, having passed
tests (humidity ASTM* D 1748 and salt spray ASTM B 117). Wear
scars have tested at 0.50 and 0.42 (ASTM D 2266) and the coefficient
of friction has tested at 0.044, 0.045 (ASTM D 2266) and 0.064
(U.S. Steel Press fit test).
- How To Use

Burnish ("rub") on and in steel or other metal surfaces with a clean,
lint-free cloth. Wipe off and capture the excess for future use.
Leaving some excess on the part is acceptable if the intended use
functions as a grease.

Guard Dog Moly Lubricants, Inc. warrants GD-570 to conform to
published typical observations. GD-570 is safe to use when normal precautions are taken,
as with any petroleum product. A Material Safety Data Sheet is available
upon request.
